Why I started Cloud9 and changed my business name to "TradingwithAly"
Cloud 9 is used to express a very high state of happiness due to some achievement or recognition. In trading we have many different levels of achievements and recognition which is why I named it cloud9forex. My goal was to create an educational platform that has video content to teach people a step by step approach on how to learn forex and become a consistent profitable trader. From all the years I learned I was self-taught for the most part and that took a lot longer for my journey. I did have support from others however no ones strategy worked for me and i actually had to unlearn many of the things i was taught. I had to figure it out on my own. After i accomplished a successful strategy, I wanted to show everyone the simplified way of trading, a consistent strategy that gets right to the point, and show them what is possible in a shorter period of time than what I previously did. My aim as your Forex coach is to help you become independent and successful. Don’t forget that experience & time is needed in this industry.
In 2024 i changed the business name to “tradingwithaly” because of the fact that I have gain lots of experience on not just forex but crypto, indices, futures, etc and my system works for all the above.
How My Forex Journey Started
I was 18 years old when I heard about Forex. I was working a full-time job at an oil and gas company in Canada. I worked 8-10 hours, 5 days a week. I made okay money at that time, but after taxes and bills I didn’t have much left over. I wanted something that I could make unlimited money from. Realistically I wanted to work from home and have my own schedule. Time freedom was always important to me since I was stuck at a desk 5 days a week. I also worked on the weekends as a bartender. I thought about going to university and getting into radiology but I didn’t want to go to school for 5+ years and be stuck in the same position. Working 5 days a week on a strict schedule and making only a certain amount of money sucks. When I heard about Forex, I thought it was really cool. At first, I didnt take it serious, but then eventually I became passionate about it and wanted this to be my career. I studied and practiced for years and talked with amazing people world-wide that was doing the same thing as me. What I liked about it the most is it got me out of my comfort zone, I could make as much money as I want, I was able to do whatever I wanted throughout the day from the comfort of my home. A year passed by and I got laid off from my job. It was a bit scary but I knew this is what I needed to take trading to the next level. I took it very seriously and never looked back. I created and figured out a consistent profitable strategy & 4 years later I ended up making a 6-figure income from my home. I am happy i didn’t quit when times were hard and that i kept going. Experience & time is everything. This is an investment business.
